During the trial day, your dog will join the pack for playtime, rest, and socialization. We carefully observe how they interact with others and make sure they feel relaxed and happy in our cage-free environment.

After a successful trial day, your dog can officially join our family for daycare or overnight boarding. We’ll help you decide what suits your dog and lifestyle best.

VIP Dogs Marbella was born from a simple idea that every dog deserves a home away from home.
Founded by Ebba in 2023 and later joined by Erica and Cassie, we’ve grown into a small, passionate team of dog lovers who live and work together surrounded by wagging tails and happy paws.
Our home in Ojén offers a large, fenced outdoor area for play and a cozy indoor space where dogs can relax freely, no cages, no stress, just love and family. We believe in giving every dog personal attention, freedom to be themselves, and the safety and comfort they’d have at home.
Because here, dogs don’t just stay with us,

Everything you need to know before your dog joins the VIP Dogs family
Where are you located?
We’re based in Ojén, just outside Marbella. Our home has a large, fully fenced outdoor space for play and a cozy indoor area where dogs can relax freely.
Can I visit your home?
For security and privacy reasons, we don’t offer house visits. However, you can
follow our daily life on Instagram to see how the dogs spend their days with us.
Where do the dogs sleep?
We’re 100% cage-free. Dogs can sleep wherever they feel most comfortable,
on the sofa, on dog beds, or even next to us on the bed.
What should my dog bring for an overnight stay?
Just their food! We have everything else they’ll need, from bowls, beds
and blankets.
Is pick-up and drop-off included?
Yes. We offer pick-up and drop-off between Cancelada and Marbella Hospital.
For areas outside this range, we can agree on a meeting point or add a small transport fee.
What are the requirements to join daycare or boarding?
All dogs must be vaccinated (including kennel cough), male dogs must be castrated, and all new dogs must complete one free trial day before joining.
What happens during the trial day?
The trial day helps us get to know your dog their personality, comfort level
and how they interact with others. This ensures a perfect, safe fit for everyone.
Do you accept puppies?
Yes, as long as they’re fully vaccinated and socialized enough to join our
group setting.
Do you accept dogs with special needs or medication?
Yes. We welcome dogs who need extra care or medication, as long as they can adapt to our routine. Please provide all medical details when you register.
How many dogs do you care for at once?
We keep our groups small to ensure every dog gets personal attention and
a calm environment.
How do I book a trial day?
Simply fill in our inquiry form online. Our team will contact you to arrange your free trial day and answer any questions you may have.
Can I receive updates about my dog during the day?
Yes! Each client has their own WhatsApp group where we send daily photos,
videos, and updates so you can see how your dog is doing.
What if my dog gets sick or injured?
We work closely with a trusted local veterinarian who assists us whenever needed. If something happens, we’ll contact you immediately and make sure your dog receives the best care.
Do you offer training?
At the moment, our main focus is daycare and boarding. However, we do have a lot of experience dealing with dog behaviour.
